Free Email Extractor that works offline
Find email-like addresses inside copied notes, exports and documents. Duplicate removal is enabled by default, and an optional sort makes the extracted list easier to compare or review before use.
What this email extractor does
Manual email collection is slow and easily misses punctuation or repeated entries. Pattern matching can locate conventional mailbox and domain structures quickly, but it cannot confirm ownership, deliverability or consent. Treat the output as candidate data that still needs appropriate validation.
How to use the Email Extractor
- Enter or paste text that may contain email addresses into the tool.
- Adjust the available options so they match the format and result you need.
- Choose Extract emails and review one detected address per line before using it.
- Copy or download the result, then clear the page if the input was sensitive.
Common uses
- Collecting addresses from your own contact exports
- Reviewing support transcripts for contact fields
- Cleaning test fixtures and sample datasets
- Finding repeated addresses in a local document
Private processing and offline access
This tool does not submit your input to a conversion server. Processing takes place inside the browser using local JavaScript and standard Web APIs. After the PWA has been installed or cached, the page and its core features remain available without an internet connection. Closing or clearing the page removes unsaved input; the tool does not create an account or cloud history.
Tips for accurate results
- Do not use extracted addresses for unsolicited messages.
- Validate deliverability through an appropriate consent-based workflow.
- Review unusual quoted or internationalized addresses manually.
Frequently asked questions
Does this tool upload my data?
No. Email Extractor processes its input in the current browser and does not submit it to a conversion API.
What input does the Email Extractor accept?
It recognizes common internationalized text around conventional email address formats. The result is a practical extractor, not proof that an address exists or accepts mail.
Can I use this tool offline?
Yes. Once the Offline Tools PWA has cached the page, the core feature works without an internet connection.
