Offline Tools is designed so utility inputs can be processed on your device. This policy explains local processing, browser storage, server logs and optional Google Analytics and Google AdSense integrations.

Tool input

Text, tokens, files and values entered into the tools are processed by JavaScript in your browser. The website does not submit those inputs to our server for conversion, create a cloud history or associate them with an account. Selected files are read locally with browser file APIs. Base64 conversions are retained only when you explicitly choose Save current result.

Local browser storage

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in localStorage. The Base64 tool can store up to 50 history items in IndexedDB, with localStorage as a fallback; you may optionally protect that history with PBKDF2-derived AES-GCM encryption and export or import a JSON backup. A service worker and the Cache Storage API save application files required for offline use. These local records stay in your browser and can be removed through its site-data settings or by uninstalling the PWA.

Server logs

Like most web hosts, the hosting infrastructure may create standard request and security logs containing information such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser user agent and response status. Those logs deliver and protect the site; they do not contain the text or file content processed inside a tool.

Google Analytics

With your Analytics consent, the site loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-H7KQYKBT0P. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, referrer data and interaction timing. This configuration does not intentionally send text, files, tokens or other content entered into a tool. Analytics remains blocked when you reject it or have not made a choice.

Google AdSense

If Google AdSense is activated by the site owner, it loads only after Advertising consent and after the required publisher and consent-platform configuration is present. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize and measure ads, depending on your choices and applicable law. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, AdSense consent is also subject to Google’s certified consent management requirements.

Consent and legal basis

Optional analytics and advertising processing is based on consent. The first-visit banner lets you accept all optional categories, reject them, or manage Analytics and Advertising separately. You can reopen from the footer at any time. Withdrawing a previously granted category reloads the page so its script is no longer active.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary local storage records the theme, PWA files, optional Base64 history and your privacy choice. When consent is granted, Google Analytics or Google AdSense may set or read cookies and other identifiers whose lifetime depends on Google’s services and your settings. You can remove them through browser site-data controls. Read more in the Google cookie policy and Google privacy policy.

Other third parties

The application does not use third-party conversion APIs, social widgets or remote fonts. Following an external link is governed by that destination’s own privacy terms.

Security and limitations

Local processing reduces unnecessary data exposure, but no browser environment can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device, browser and extensions updated, and avoid processing production secrets on a device you do not trust. Decoding a JWT does not verify it, Base64 is not encryption, and a checksum is not proof that its source is trusted.

Changes to this policy

If site behavior changes, this page and its update date will be revised. Review the policy after major application updates.

Return to all tools

Necessary browser storage is always active because it supports your theme, offline PWA files and saved privacy choice. Optional categories stay off until you allow them.
